Whole foods have the power to give you your life back
Our diet and what (and how) we consume food is one of the biggest contributors to ill-health. The majority of the life-threatening conditions are caused or worsened by our food choices. Diabetes and heart diseases to name a few. It’s never too late to introduce healthy choices into your life. You have nothing to lose, except maybe a few pounds. As soon as you realize that eating this way is not a diet but a long term plan, you will see incredible results.
I am a passionate foodie that loves spending hours in the kitchen designing and recreating dishes, trying to put a healthy spin on them. I hope you enjoy some of these whole food recipes, be sure to leave a comment and let me know!

More importantly it’s delicious and free from additives, preservatives and all the other nasty add-ons we find in our food these days.

This whole process gives fermented foods their unique sour smell and flavour along with making them super nutritious and incredibly beneficial for digestion.
