I’ve created simple and yummy whole food recipes that will inspire you to ditch the overly processed, ready-made options and opt for fresh and nutritious food.  I am a huge advocate for improving one’s health through natural means, what we eat is one of the safest, cheapest and most effective ways of doing so.

Our diet and what (and how) we consume food is one of the biggest contributors to ill-health. The majority of the life-threatening conditions are caused or worsened by our food choices. Diabetes and heart diseases to name a few. It’s never too late to introduce healthy choices into your life.  You have nothing to lose, except maybe a few pounds. As soon as you realize that eating this way is not a diet but a long term plan, you will see incredible results.
