Almond milk is a very healthy alternative to regular milk. It ticks all the boxes in being Paleo, Whole 30 and Vegan friendly. It’s gluten/dairy/lactose and grain free. More importantly it’s delicious and free from additives, preservatives and all the other nasty add-ons we find in our food these days.
